Well get ready here comes the snow again!!! I am pleased to say we did get the tree branches all picked up from the last storm that rolled through, gives me a happy feeling when I look outside and don't see a war zone of broken tree limbs.
Had a great week with Katie Visco back visiting Dalhart, makes me see our wonderful community in a whole new light.

TUESDAY: No meal due to the fact I will be working the election all day
WEDNESDAY: LEMON CHICKEN AND SWEET PEA TORTELLINI; This is a yummy and light meal..lemon chicken over sweet pea tortellini (filled with ricotta cheese tarragon and peas. $30.00
THURSDAY: BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN; tender chicken breasts in a wonderful marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese. $30.00

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF FEB 21 - FEB 24
After a very lazy and relaxing weekend I guess it is time to get busy on the up coming week ahead. Looks to be a chilly one so I am preparing some stick to your rib favorites that will warm you tummy and your soul!
Very excited to have Katie Visco back in town on Tuesday on her trip back across America to connect with those she met on her run through Dalhart this past fall. She is such an inspiration to live your dreams and never let anyone or thing get in the way of what is important to you and your family
MONDAY: CHICKEN POT PIE; warm and cozy this meal fills you up, carrots, celery, onions and potatoes along with chicken in a flaky pie crust. $30.00
TUESDAY: JAMBALAYA; Shrimp, kielbasa sausage, and ham, along with veggies in a warm tomato broth oh boy...$30.00
WEDNESDAY: LASAGNA; with the weather being chilly and always a busy night on Wednesday this will make your evening run a little smoother. $30.00
THURSDAY: COWBOY CALAZONES; Okay if you missed these last time around, don't miss out this time, they are absolutely yummy!!! hot sausage, lean ground beef, rotel tomatoes, ricotta, mozzarella and Monterey jack cheeses all blended together and stuffed in a flaky calazone dough and baked till golden!!! A delight!!!! $30.00 ( you get 6-7 calazones they are big)

Well hope all of you had an amazing Valentines Day!! Ours has been wonderful, church then a lazy afternoon. The snow is starting to melt around here but there is still much clean up to be done with all the broken tree branches from the last storm.

WEDNESDAY: PENNE PASTA WITH SHRIMP (ASH WEDNESDAY SPECIAL) This pasta is a dream come true, penne pasta with a warm creamy tomato sauce and shrimp makes you smile with each bite. $30.00
THURSDAY: STEAKHOUSE SHEPARD'S PIE; Your gonna think you have just been transported to one of those great steakhouses in New York! Filled with bacon, lean ground sirloin, mushrooms with sour cream blue cheese mashed potatoes on top...dreamy!! $30.00

Well the snow is here to stay for a while I do believe! That is okay it makes people want to stay in and eat some comfort food..so this week I plan to give them some. There will be no meal Tuesday as we travel to Perryton for the last District game of my daughter's senior year...hard to believe this, they cinched a Playoff spot this past Friday night against Lubbock Cooper...great game.
