MENU FOR THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 1 - 4

Well Halloween has come and gone and here we are the First of November! Hard to believe how fast the days are flying by.

IN A BIND COOKING will be closed Monday and Tuesday but ready to go on Wednesday with something new and exciting on the menu!!


MONDAY: CLOSED
TUESDAY: CLOSED

WEDNESDAY: DOS GRINGOS TAMALES; these are just plain like nothing you have ever tasted...with smoked brisket and a Sasparilla barbecue sauce...all bundled up with Masa in corn husks and steamed to yummmo status!! along with Beans and rice on the side.

THURSDAY: SHRIMP ENCHILADAS; now these are a favorite!

Please let me know early on the Tamales so I can have enough made up!!

Start thinking Thanksgiving and Christmas and let me get you on the books early.

MENU FOR THE WEEK OCTOBER 25 - 28

Well the days seems to be speeding by and Thanksgiving is getting closer. Let me help you out with your holiday menu! From breakfast to dessert...

MONDAY: CHICKEN MANICOTTI; this is tender chicken breasts stuffed in manicotti noodles and topped with a cheesy brocolli sauce along with fresh parmesan.

TUESDAY: PEACH CAFE' CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS: This is a popular dish at the Peach Cafe' in Borne, Texas let it become a favorite or your families.

WEDNESDAY: LASAGNA; a great favorite that always hits the spot.

THURSDAY: GREEN CHILI CHICKEN ENCHILADAS; yummy yummmy yummy! made with fresh green chilis and corn tortilias sure to warm you up on a chili night!

MENU FOR THE WEEK OCTOBER 18 - 21

Well the weather man says cooler temps are headed our way and I can't wait!! After a wonderful lunch at St. Anthony of Dalhart's school Oktoberfest...I think it is time to turn the temps down for good.


This week I will be adding a dessert with each meal I hope you and your families will enjoy this little bit of extra love.


MONDAY: PIZZA POT PIE WITH APPLE CRISP; This is a fun meal for a busy start to every ones week.

TUESDAY: CHICKEN AND NOODLES WITH OATMEAL COOKIES; Comfort at it's best.

WEDNESDAY: UNFORGETTABLE CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH GINGERBREAD CAKE; This is a great casserole that is sure to please everyone in the family and what says Fall more than family and gingerbread!

THURSDAY: PULLED PORK SANDWICHES WITH HOMEMADE BUNS AND TIFFANY'S FAVORITE BBQ SAUCE ALONG WITH CHOCO CHIP COOKIES!

MENU FOR THE WEEK OCTOBER 11-14

The weather is cooler and the leaves are changing. Fall is here to stay, so as you enjoy all the changes of the season take time to give thanks for all the blessings we have.


MONDAY: CHICKEN POT PIE; tender chicken and veggies in a creamy sauce all bundled up under a flaky crust! $30.00

TUESDAY: STUFFED POBLANO PEPPERS WITH SHRIMP, BLACK BEANS AND RICE AND MONTERREY JACK CHEESE, Oh boy these are yummo!! fresh poblano's stuffed with shrimp and black beans and rice then topped with a creamy white sauce...$30.00

WEDNESDAY: CHEESEBURGER SOUP WITH BLT WRAPS; this is a great mid week meal that everyone enjoys! warm and hearty cheeseburger soup with a side of BLT wraps make a great dinner!! $30.00

THURSDAY: PARMESAN CHICKEN WITH TOMATO BASIL CREAM SAUCE; tender chicken breasts coated and sauteed in butter then placed over a bed of penne pasta in a tomato basil cream sauce. $30.00
