MENU FOR THE WEEK OF JANUARY 31 - FEBRUARY 3

Well I think we got a glimpse of Spring the past few days...it gives you the since that there is change in the air as we shed our winter dreams and begin the surge towards Spring.

MONDAY: CORNBREAD TOPPED BOURBON BBQ CHICKEN: This one has its roots on 6th street in Austin, Texas...a bit daring a bit out of the ordinary...come on test your tastebuds!!

TUESDAY: DOS GRINGOS TAMALAES WITH STRAWBERRY, RASPBERRY SAUCE; These are just not your same ol' same ol' tamales...smoked brisket with a sasparilla barbecue sauce...all wrapped up in a zesty masa!!

WEDNESDAY: CHICKEN SPAGHETTI; this is a favorite of many...sure to please all your comfort needs!

THURSDAY: LEMON CHICKEN OVER RICE; tender chicken breasts coated and fried and smoothered in a tangy lemon sauce over rice.

Special orders always welcome...but please allow 24 hours notice if possible.

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF JANUARY 24 - 27

I hope everyone had a great week and is enjoying the weekend. With the busy schedule so many of you keep let IN A BIND help you out with your meals.

MONDAY: STUFFED ROLLS (HAM, PEPPERONI OR BACON) WITH SANTE FE SOUP; homemade rolls stuffed with your choice of meat. Sante Fe Soup ia filling and tasty meal!

TUESDAY: CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM CREPES: Oh this is yummy, teneder chicken breasts, swiss cheese wrapped in a fresh crepe and smothered in sherry mushroom sauce.

WEDNESDAY: SHRIMP ENCHILADAS: This is just a great dish...for all you shrimp lovers.

THURSDAY: BEEF STROGANOFF: Tender beef in a creamy mushroom sauce and poured over buttered egg noodles.

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF JANUARY 10 - 13

Well as we are all back into the swing of school and the work week, we are now faced with the upcoming Artic Blast to chill us all!! IN A BIND COOKING wants to help you out with your busy week and keep you warm and comfy from the inside out!!

MONDAY: CHEESE TORTELLINI SOUP WITH BACON STUFFED ROLLS; This is a soup I could eat everyday...sauted bacon and shallots, then added to chicken broth with cheese filled tortellini and spinach...Oh make me smile...and served along side a homemade roll stuffed with bacon and cheese...yes now that says "HAPPY"

TUESDAY: STEAKHOUSE SHEPARDS PIE; This is lean ground sirlion and mushrooms all in a beefy gravy and topped with cheesey mashed potatoe's!!! Oh YES!!!

WEDNESDAY: COMFORT MEATBALLS WITH TWICE BAKED POTATOE CASSEROLE; everything that makes you think of home is in these meatballs!! and paired with Twice baked potatoe casserole...you are in buisness.

THURSDAY: ROSEMARY CURSTED CHICKEN WITH WILD MUSHROOM SAUCE AND HERB RICE; Tender Chicken tenders with a panko rosemary crust sauted in butter and served with a mushroom sauce and herb rice!

Special orders always welcome as well as breakfast needs and stuffed rolls. I am also available for office meetings, lunches whatever you can dream up!!

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF JANUARY 3 - 6

Well here we are the New Year has begun...excited for all that it holds and hoping for new challenges to conquer and new recipes to try!

As always if you have a special occasion or event that you need help with let me know.

Special orders are always welcome, please give me a heads up the day before if possible.

Stuffed rolls and breakfast items are always available to order.

On to the Menu:

MONDAY: CHICKEN MANICOTTI; This is a great dish that seems to please all those who try it...tender chicken breasts seasoned and stuffed into manicotti noodles and covered in a cheesy sauce with broccoli

TUESDAY: CHICKEN AND NOODLES WITH FRESH BREAD: The all time comfort food for everyone, tender chicken and thick egg noodles come together to say welcome home after a long cold day! Fresh bread to dip with as well

WEDNESDAY: UNFORGETABLE CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH PEPPERY CHEESE BREAD: This one will please your taste buds and your tummy...served with a crusty peppery cheese bread.

THURSDAY: SOUTHWESTERN CHILI WITH CORN PUDDING: The chili will warm you up fast not to spicy but full of flavor from start to finish...tender chicken , corn, fresh green chili's, great northern beans and served with my yummolishes corn pudding if you have never tried this you are in for a real treat corn, cream, poblano, anaheim, and red peppers join in to make you smile from ear to ear!!


All meals $30.00, delivery available, as well as pick up!
