THE WEEK OF MARCH 28 - MARCH 31

Well we got just a wee bit of moisture last night or early morning...made for a chill start, however the sun is shinning now and it is gorgous!

IN A BIND will be in the kitchen this week working fast and fourious in preperation for this years Chamber Banquest scheduled for April 7! I am super excited about this event as it is a great time for our community to come out and support our Chamber of Commerce that works so hard for us as buisness's and also as a community! If you haven't purchase your tickets there is still time.

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF MARCH 21 - 24

Well after a great Spring Break sharing time with our kids and a great time celebrating Stephen's birthday with wonderful friends! I am ready to hit the kitchen again! Hope everyone is ready to jump back into the busy weeks ahead of us until Easter Break.


MONDAY: CHICKEN POT PIE WITH STRAWBERRY COBBLER; This is a great Pie...tender chicken breasts, carrots, celery, onions and potatoes all in a rich sauce topped with a rosemary cheddar crust. The fresh Strawberry cobbler is one of the best I have had, rich and creamy full of that great sweet and tart strawberry zing!!! Better have some ice cream on hand.

TUESDAY: RAVIOLI BAKE WITH FRESH FRENCH BREAD; Tender cheese ravioli, in a rich marinara sauce and mozzerella cheese...with warm fresh bread on the side!! Your long day will seem like it never happened!

WEDNESDAY: EGG PLANT PARMESIAN WITH HERB POLENTA; This dish is a favorite, can be prepared with chicken or with out...but I promise you will be wanting more!!!

THURSDAY: DIVINE CHICKEN AND GREEN BEAN BUNDLES; to say this Chicken is Divine is no joke!! Tender chicken breasts, shallots, butter, white wine and cream!! With a tender broccoli and swiss cheese!!

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF MARCH 7 - MARCH 10

Well after a great weekend with good friends and sharing good food, IN A BIND is ready for a great week! With Spring Break just around the corner and a small break from the hustle and bustle of school, I am planning on some just plain yummy and comforting foods to get us all to the next week!

MONDAY: CHARRED CHICKEN CAESER SAMMIES WITH CHEESE TORTELLINI SOUP; these yummy sandwhiches with a tangy caesar over grilled chicken and romain lettuce of ciabatta bread. Cheese tortellini soup with fresh spinach and bacon in a tasty broth!!

TUESDAY: CHICKEN AND NOODLES IN FRESH BAKED BREAD BOWLS: This is just a great dinner that soothes the hustle of the day away, tender chicken and noodles all packed into fresh bread bowls!! Not a drop will be left!!

WEDNESDAY: SHRIMP ENCHILADAS; tender shrimp wrapped in flour tortillas and smothered in a warm white sauce and a pico!

THURSDAY: STEAK HOUSE SHEPARDS PIE; this is not your everyday pie...stuffed with lean ground sirloin and mushrooms and onions all under a warm and comforting bed of cheesy mashed potatoes!!
