Well IN A BIND COOKING will have a short week due to the Regional Golf Tourney in Lubbock. So I will only be cooking on Monday but will be back in town for any special orders Friday and the weekend.
MONDAY: BEEF STROGANOFF; this is a yummy crowd pleaser, lean beef in a creamy mushroom sauce with just a little bite to it, over buttered egg noodles. $30.00

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF April 12- April 16
Well last week was fast and furious...thanks for all the help I had for the Chamber Banquet..it was a great experience and I learned alot.
MONDAY: No meal as we will be in Lubbock for the second round of district golf.
TUESDAY: RAVIOLI BAKE; This one is a family pleaser, cheese filled ravioli with a lean ground beef center topped with another layer of ravioli all in a marinara sauce.

WEDNESDAY: LASAGNA; Italian week it must be...always a great meal and fills the whole family. $30

Easter
