Well here we are the end of the school year we have survived graduation and Memorial Day has been a wonderful Blessing! Thanks to all our service men past and present!
MONDAY: OFF FOR THE HOLIDAY!!!
TUESDAY: LEMON GARLIC SPANISH CHICKEN WITH RICE PILAF; This is a great meal full of flavor and a little spice that is different from the ordinary, chicken breasts in a wonderful sauce of lemon, onions, with chorizo and olives...nothing boring or bland about this feast!!! $30
WEDNESDAY: THE DEVILS SHRIMP; This is a great shrimp and pasta dish... shrimp butterflied and cooked in a white wine and tomato sauce over buttered pasta. $30
THURSDAY: TERRIYAKI SLOPPY JOES; This is a great twist on the old favorite....and you get my famous homemade buns to boot!!! You will love this one I promise...also I will throw in a pecan pie to go with it!!! $30

Menu for the Week of May 17 - 20
Well another week has flown by and as we come to the end of another school year I know we all wonder where it went!! With Graduation and Memorial Day all coming around the corner don't forget IN A BIND for all your special orders and needs.
MONDAY: CHICKEN AMANDINE; plump chicken breasts in a creamy sauce topped with a crescent roll dough. $30.00
TUESDAY: SOUTHWEST SUNBURST CHICKEN SALAD WITH AN AVOCADO RANCH DRESSING and FRESH BREAD; this is a great light meal and full of flavor with grilled chicken Romain lettuce, corn, black beans, cucumbers and ripe tomatoes. $20.00
WEDNESDAY: NO MEAL
THURSDAY: STEAK HOUSE SHEPHERDS PIE; Oh boy this is a meaty meal full of flavor, lean beef with mushrooms, bacon and topped with blue cheese mashed potatoes. $30.00

Well I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mother's Day was a blessing to all and we are ready to start the down hill slide to the end of school and our never ending busy summer schedules. So on that note let me get to the menu and see if I can't help you out this week with meals.
MONDAY: SHRIMP ENCHILADAS; These are so yummy!! Flour tortilla's filled with a plump shrimp in a cheese sauce. You will be happy all day!! $30.00
TUESDAY: BUILD YOUR OWN PIZZA; These large pizza's come in a variety of toppings and your choice of wheat or white crust. If you need help with suggestions I would love to give you some of my favs. Fresh veggies and herbs will make your mouth dance!! $20.00
WEDNESDAY: TORTIGLIONI WITH SPICY SAUSAGE SAUCE: A yummy mid week dinner that is fast and full of flavor for the whole family. $30.00
THURSDAY: CHICKEN WITH MARSALA, MUSHROOMS AND GORGONZOLA CHEESE OVER PASTA; Oh baby you will hope there are left overs for lunch the next day!! $30.00
