MENU FOR THE WEEK JUNE 28- JULY 1

Hard to believe that June is nearing an end...won't be to long and we will be back to school!! But for now I hope you are all enjoying your summer and getting to relax just a bit.

Had a busy and eventful weekend, rehearsal dinner for a charming young couple and the desert bar at the reception, neat idea this bride had...I think I like it and may use it when my girls get ready to marry...she gave her bouquet to the couple at the wedding who had been married the longest!!!


On to the menu:

MONDAY: PIZZA POT PIE; This is your pizza all mixed up and under a crust....yummmmy, my friend Lisa told me about this one, hamburger, mushrooms, olives, cheese, onions, peppers and sauce! If you don't want certain items I can take them out for your individual taste. $30.00

TUESDAY: CHICKEN PARMESAN; Tender chicken breasts lightly breaded and then baked in a tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. $30.00

WEDNESDAY: CHICKEN POT PIE UNDER A HERB CHEDDAR CRUST; this is a treat chicken and veggies in a creamy sauce under a blanket of herb ensued cheddar crust. $30.00

THURSDAY: CHICKEN CREPES IN A MUSHROOM SAUCE: Delightfully delicious....a really treat...$30.00

MENU FOR THE WEEK JUNE 21-24

It is hard to believe that June is nearly over, where did it go? I hope everyone is enjoying these summer days. A special blessing goes out to all the Father's in our lives I hope they may all know how very important they are to us.


MONDAY: ITALIAN CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS; If you love Chicken Fricassee, chicken and biscuits, or the original chicken and dumplings you will love this Italian take on the them. Here basil, pesto is stirred into the light gravy fresh dumplings tossed in a lemon butter makes these dumplings pop! $30.00

TUESDAY: COWBOY CALAZONES: By special request these are back on the menu this week, a meal in your hand is what these add up to be, hot sausage and ground beef mixed with Rotel tomatoes, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and Monterrey Jack Cheese all stuffed into a delicious Calazone dough. $30.00

WEDNESDAY: SEAFOOD PASTA; This is a comfort food, shrimp, mushrooms, and fresh tomatoes all in a chardonnay sauce over pasta. $30.00

THURSDAY: NO MEAL


Will not be taking any special orders this coming weekend as I am booked!

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF JUNE 14 - JUNE 17

Well another week has flown by and June is half way over. I will be out of town Monday and Tuesday and back in the Kitchen Wednesday.


WEDNESDAY: LO MEIN NOODLES WITH BEEF OR CHICKEN; These are a great meal noodles with snap peas, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and scallions with your choice of Lean Beef or Chicken. $30.00

THURSDAY: BEEF STROGANOFF; This is a great meal filling and tasty lean beef in a mushroom sauce over buttered noodles. Can't miss with this one. $30.00

Special orders are always welcome, don't forget breakfast and lunch items needed if you like.

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF JUNE 7- JUNE 10

Well ready for a great week, lots of things to do and plans to make for the summer! I hope every one's summer is off to a great start and full of lots of fun as summer should be...however I don't think it lasts as long as it did when we were kids and not as lazy either...or kids are always on the go with jobs, camps and all the traveling sports they do let me help you out with your meals and take a little load off of your plates this week.


MONDAY: GREEN CHILI CHICKEN ENCHILADAS; These are so yummy and made with fresh green chili's so there is lots of flavor! $30.00

TUESDAY: COWBOY CALAZONES: these bad boys are full of flavor and meat, make a great dinner, lunch or snack for your busy day. Send them along with those working fellas in our lives and lunch will be wonderful. $30.00

WEDNESDAY: SHRIMP ENCHILADAS; These are so yummy and full of shrimp and cheese, hard to resist by anyone. $30.00

THURSDAY: CHICKEN SPAGHETTI: This is a favorite of everyone, crowd pleaser and makes great leftovers as well. $30.00
