MENU FOR THE WEEK OF MARCH 19 - MARCH 22

Well I am hoping everyone had a wonderful spring break and is rested and refreshed for the long haul to the end of the school year! After a great week and wonderful weekend celebrating the love and joy of my parents 50th wedding anniversary I am ready to get back in the kitchen!

MONDAY: CLOSED for Stephen's birthday!

TUESDAY: GREEN CHILI CHICKEN ENCHILADAS: Oh these are always a favorite and can make even the dreariest day sunny!

WEDNESDAY: STROMBOLI: fresh dough stuffed full of pepperoni's sausage and ham and rolled up with a side of homemade marinara sauce!

THURSDAY: SUN BURST SALAD WITH AVOCADO DRESSSING AND FRESH BREAD: tender chicken breasts grilled and sliced over a bed of romain lettuce along side cucumbers, tomatoes, black beans and corn.....then top that baby off with rich avocado dressing and a hunk of fresh bread you have a great meal!

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF MARCH 5-8

First week of March is off and running, after the great weather Sunday I think we are all ready for Spring to be here for good! Of course with "rain"

MONDAY: CLOSED

TUESDAY: STUFFED ROLLS: your choice of ham, pepperoni, bacon, sausage or hamburger with kraut!

WEDNESDAY: SHEPARDS PIE: A happy mid week comfort for your whole family. lean ground beef, and veggies in a beef gravy and then kept all cozy under a bed of cheesey mashed tators.

THURSDAY: RAVIOLLI BAKE: cheese filled raviolli in a marinara sauce with fresh bread.
