WEEK OF NOV 23 - NOV 26
Happy Thanksgiving to each of you! This week I hope we all take the time from our busy lives to just sit back and be thankful for all that God has given to us. I know that I have been truly blessed over the years with health and an amazing family. I would like to share a story with you that happened this past week in my religious education class that I teach for second graders at St. Anthony's, I start each class with the question to each of my students "What is something good that happened this week?" One of my students who is so very precious says "It was a good week because we got to go to Wal-Mart and buy food" now you tell that doesn't stop you in your tracks and make you think.....we are blessed so lets give thanks.

Menu for the week of Sept. 21-24
MONDAY: CHICKEN MANICOTTI....this is a warm and friendly meal with a cheese sauce and brocolli over the top...sure to be a dinner time favorite. $30.00
TUESDAY: LEMON SESAME CHICKEN OVER RICE...this zeasty favorite can bring you a smile and a little zest to your meal time. $30.00
WESNESDAY: CHILI CON CARNE WITH HOMEMADE PRETZELS...this means with beans a very smooth chili that is not to spicy but very full of flavor along with large pretzels that you will wish you had a second one. $30.00
THURSDAY: PHILIY CHEESE STEAK IN GARLIC BREAD BOWL...yummmy...give into that guilty pleasure of steak smothered in a cheese sauce and in it's own garlic bread bowl....made with fresh herbs and thinly sliced sirloin and provolone cheese...I can already smell it!!!!! $35.00
BREAKFAST FOR THE CREW:
BURRITOS $15.00 for 10 big boys...
FRENCH TOAST BAKE: $20.00 yum the smell is worth the wait

Well here we are at the start of another week and I am excited and ready!!!

MONDAY: CHICKEN POT PIE, this pot pie is made with a homemade white sauce and fresh pastry topping. Comfort food at it's best. $30.00
TUESDAY: BEEF STROGANOFF, made with lean beef tenderloin $30.00
WEDNESDAY: LASAGNA, a meal that will fill not only your tummy but your spirit $30.00
THURSDAY: CHICKEN AND RICE, made with a fresh white sauce and sauteed
mushrooms, so not from the Campbell's soup can.....yum $30.00
BREAKFAST NEEDS FOR HUNGRY FAMILIES IN THE MORNING:
No reason to send your family out the door with just a granola bar I have some filling options to get them off on the right foot and make you look like Martha Stewart at 7 a.m.
PEACH TREE BAKED FRENCH TOAST, this is a heavenly smelling and tasting start to your families busy day $20.00
BREAKFAST STRATA, this warm and chopped full of meat, take your pick from, ham, sausage or bacon. $20.00
BREAKFAST BURRITOS, these are big boys, sausage, egg, cheese and hash browns fill these big flour tortillas, and easy pop in the microwave for anyone on the run. Each is individually wrapped. (10 burritos) $15.00
