MENU FOR THE WEEK OF NOV 30 - DEC 3

I hope all of you had a very blessed Thanksgiving, as we enter December and start deck the halls let us remember the real reason for the Season and try to slow down a bit and enjoy our family and friends as they are the greatest gifts we have.

MONDAY: GREEN CHILI MAC AND CHEESE WITH SPICED CARAMEL APPLE BREAD PUDDING; a fun twist to the regular mac and cheese with penne pasta and Monterrey jack cheese and green chile's. And a bonus desert with spiced apples and bread with a warm toasted pecan caramel sauce yummmmmmm!!! $30.00

TUESDAY: PIZZA POT PIE; lean ground beef, Italian sausage full of mushrooms, cheese, and a tomato basil sauce, topped with a wonderful crust....$30.00

WEDNESDAY: CHICKEN-SAUSAGE GUMBO WITH GARLIC BREAD; chicken smoked sausage celery, onion, garlic and rice...this will be a warm and filling meal that will make you warm inside and out!! $30.00

THURSDAY: BEEF AND PORK RAGU' LASAGNA; ground pork and beef layered in a cream sauce that gives this meaty meal a extra layer of depth. $30.00
