Well after a long weekend in College Station taking in all the amazing things going on in Aggieland!!! Ready to hit the road back to the Panhandle!!
MONDAY: CLOSED!
TUESDAY: CHICKEN AND MUSHROOMS IN A BALSAMIC CREAM SAUCE OVER EGG NOODLES; tender chicken breasts and mushrooms in a creamy balsamic cream sauce over egg noodles.
WEDNESDAY:GREEN CHILI CHICKEN ENCHILADAS; teneder chicken and fresh green chilies.
THURSDAY:SIMPLY AMAZING BEEF ENCHILADAS; fresh ground beef, cheddar cheese, scallions, black olives all wrapped up in warm corn tortillas, smothered in a red chili sauce and topped with more cheese.
