MENU FOR THE WEEK OF MARCH 21 - 24

Well after a great Spring Break sharing time with our kids and a great time celebrating Stephen's birthday with wonderful friends! I am ready to hit the kitchen again! Hope everyone is ready to jump back into the busy weeks ahead of us until Easter Break.


MONDAY: CHICKEN POT PIE WITH STRAWBERRY COBBLER; This is a great Pie...tender chicken breasts, carrots, celery, onions and potatoes all in a rich sauce topped with a rosemary cheddar crust. The fresh Strawberry cobbler is one of the best I have had, rich and creamy full of that great sweet and tart strawberry zing!!! Better have some ice cream on hand.

TUESDAY: RAVIOLI BAKE WITH FRESH FRENCH BREAD; Tender cheese ravioli, in a rich marinara sauce and mozzerella cheese...with warm fresh bread on the side!! Your long day will seem like it never happened!

WEDNESDAY: EGG PLANT PARMESIAN WITH HERB POLENTA; This dish is a favorite, can be prepared with chicken or with out...but I promise you will be wanting more!!!

THURSDAY: DIVINE CHICKEN AND GREEN BEAN BUNDLES; to say this Chicken is Divine is no joke!! Tender chicken breasts, shallots, butter, white wine and cream!! With a tender broccoli and swiss cheese!!
