MENU FOR THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 26 - 29

Happy Week, Fall as made a few shining moments just to get us all inticed and excited for what is to come! I have spent the past week preparing the change from summer to fall throughout the house! All that I need is the glorious pumpkins that are just about ready out in the field!

MONDAY: SOUTHWESTERN LASAGNA TORTE; This is a fun twist on the traditional pie that we all love!The flavors are bold and exciting! Made with ground pork seasoned and then layered in with corn, salsa, jalepenos, and a suprise guest peas...yes they are amazing, a little green that will do you good!

TUESDAY: RAVIOLI BAKe; This is a great meal that the whole family will love! Lean ground beef layered between cheese ravioli and cheese all smothered in a marinara sauce!

WEDNESDAY: JULIAN'S TUSCAN BEAN STEW WITH SAUSAGE; I am going to tell you plain and simply this is amazing! A must taste and savor kind of meal! My friend came up with this stew and as with all Julian's dishes they are amazing and full of flavor that is complex and never ending! I will serve it with my fresh crusty and oh so yummy french bread!

THURSDAY: GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS STUFFED WITH GOAT CHEESE AND SERVED WITH SMOKED CHILE CILANTRO SAUCE; add a great tossed salad with this meal and you are set to go!
