MENU FOR THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 17 - 20

May each day bring with it something joyous!!

MONDAY: CHICKEN SPAGHETTI; tender chicken, mushrooms, green peppers all mixed together with spaghetti and baked!

TUESDAY: ROSEMARY CRUSTED CHICKEN WITH HERB RICE; Tender chicken breasts coated with fresh rosemary panko and parm cheese, and sauted in butter and olive oil. laid on a bed of herb rice.

WEDNESDAY: KING RANCH CHICKEN: a fun and spicy mid week dinner for the whole family

THURSDAY: BIG EASY GUMBO WITH HOPPIN JOHN: chunks of chicken, sausage and shrimp in a broth, served along side hoppin john!
