MENU FOR THE WEEK OF AUGUST 19-22
Apologies for the lack of updating my blog weekly it seems like life never slowed down after the holidays...which is a good thing. I promise to do a better job in posting the weekly menu and special events for those who are not FB affiliated. MONDAY: STROMBOLI WITH CUCUMBER SALAD: FRESH DOUGH FILLED WITH MARIANA SAUCE, MOZZERELLA CHEESE, PEPPERONI, ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND HAM. FRESH CUCUMBER SALAD MAKES A GREAT END OF SUMMER AND BACK TO SCHOOL MEAL TUESDAY: CHICKEN PARMESAN WITH RIGATTONI AND A CREAMY TOMATO BASIL SAUCE: tender chicken breasts coated with seasonings and bread crumbs. WEDNESDAY: CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA AND PASTA SALAD: chicken cutlets stuffed with spinach, procuito and parm cheese with fresh pasta salad THURSDAY: STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS WITH A CURRY SAUCE AND ROASTED POTATOES AND CAULIFLOWER: STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS IN A CREAMY CURRY SAUCE 244-1130 679-9662 firstname.lastname@example.org Never to early to begin thinking about the holidays...they will be here before you know it.
