MENU FOR THE WEEK OF JANUARY 3 - 6

Well here we are the New Year has begun...excited for all that it holds and hoping for new challenges to conquer and new recipes to try!

As always if you have a special occasion or event that you need help with let me know.

Special orders are always welcome, please give me a heads up the day before if possible.

Stuffed rolls and breakfast items are always available to order.

On to the Menu:

MONDAY: CHICKEN MANICOTTI; This is a great dish that seems to please all those who try it...tender chicken breasts seasoned and stuffed into manicotti noodles and covered in a cheesy sauce with broccoli

TUESDAY: CHICKEN AND NOODLES WITH FRESH BREAD: The all time comfort food for everyone, tender chicken and thick egg noodles come together to say welcome home after a long cold day! Fresh bread to dip with as well

WEDNESDAY: UNFORGETABLE CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH PEPPERY CHEESE BREAD: This one will please your taste buds and your tummy...served with a crusty peppery cheese bread.

THURSDAY: SOUTHWESTERN CHILI WITH CORN PUDDING: The chili will warm you up fast not to spicy but full of flavor from start to finish...tender chicken , corn, fresh green chili's, great northern beans and served with my yummolishes corn pudding if you have never tried this you are in for a real treat corn, cream, poblano, anaheim, and red peppers join in to make you smile from ear to ear!!


All meals $30.00, delivery available, as well as pick up!

If using a gift certificate please let me know ahead of time so I can keep track of your total.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

As we say good-bye to 2010 and hello to 2011, I hope each of you finds the time to review our past year and make goals for the new one.

I will be back in the kitchen Jan 3 and would like to know if you have anything you would like to see on the menu for the upcoming week. Let me know as soon as you can!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

As we bring in this Christmas may we each be filled with the Joy that only can come from the comfort of family, friends and faith! I am wishing each of you a blessed Christmas and an amazing New Year soon to come...I hope as we look back on the past year we can reflect on many accomplishments as well as those times we could have done more, and look into the New Year with the courage to be the person who gives more, cares more and tires harder to make our world around us a better place to be!


IN A BIND COOKING will be taking the week of December 26-31 off to be with family and just kick her heels up a bit...however as always if you find yourself "in a bind" give me a call and I will see what I can do!!

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SEASON

I am wishing everyone a blessed Christmas Season as we enter into Advent with the anticipation of Christmas just a few weeks away, may we take the time to reflect on all we have been blessed with and all we have to give. IN A BIND COOKING is forever grateful for the wonderful customers I have and can never expres my thankfulness for their support.


DUE TO THE BOOKED SCHEDULE IN A BIND COOKING WILL BE TAKING ONLY SPECIAL ORDERS THROUGH THE CHRISTMAS SEASON...REGULAR DAILY MEALS WILL RETURN AFTER THE NEW YEAR.

However if you still have needs for your Christmas dinner or office party there are still a few days left.

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 8 - 11

Well the wind is blowing today..hopefully it will blow in some rain for us. Had a great weekend cooking for a special friend and her Trunk Show event thanks Aryn for the opportunity.


Reminder to get your Holiday orders in early!

MONDAY: RAVIOLI BAKE: Cheese filled ravioli with lean beef and marinara sauce and mozzerella cheese along with fresh dinner rolls!

TUESDAY: CHICKEN CORDOUN BLEU OVER PASTA: Tender chicken breasts stuffed with smoked ham and provalone cheese and pasta!

WEDNESDAY: CHOICE OF CHICKEN ENCHILADAS IN A MOLE' SAUCE, SHRIMP ENCHILADAS, GREEN CHILI ENCHILADAS OR BEEF: I will be cooking for a special event so get your order in early so I can make sure I have enough for you and your family.

THURSDAY: CLOSED! Samantha will be having surgury on her mouth so kitchen closed.
