MENU FOR THE WEEK OF JAN 18 - JAN 21

Well here we are already the third week in Jan. How did that happen so fast? Though the weather is not giving us the moisture we need up here in the Panhandle we are truly blessed with great health, friends and family. Our house is bustling this week with three extra kiddos which has been lots of fun and has given me a new appreciation for young mothers and all they do each and everyday.

MONDAY: LASAGNA; this classic favorite is full of lean ground beef, cheese, and the tangy tomato sauce we all love. $30.00

TUESDAY: TAMALE CHEESE PIE; this pie is a yummy change from the normal tamale, the crust is made of masa, butter and chili powder, fulled with jalapeno Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken and spices, topped with a Mexican creme sauce. $30.00

WEDNESDAY: PARMESAN CHICKEN W/ TOMATO BASIL CREAM SAUCE; boneless chicken breasts breaded and sauteed in butter and olive oil then covered in a warm tomato basil cream sauce and penne pasta. $30.00

THURSDAY: SEAFOOD PASTA; this is a big favorite of many of you...so call early or email and I will have it ready to go!!! YUM! $30.00
