Sorry for the late posting today, had a very busy but fun filled weekend, the rehearsal dinner for my dear friend may her marriage be blessed with great food, family and friends and lets not forget about children. I was also very privileged to cater the meal for the Central Methodist Church today, had the whole Schumacher gang minus Vance working, I appreciate them greatly.
MONDAY: MUSHROOM, CHICKEN AND SPINACH TURNOVERS; Puff pastry filled with chicken, mushrooms and spinach all mixed in a creamy cheese sauce..$30.00 (you get 4 large turnovers)
TUESDAY: CHICKEN -N- NOODLES; A all time favorite, creamy chicken and noodles comfort is here. 30.00
WEDNESDAY: GREEN CHILI CHICKEN ENCHILADAS; this yummy enchilada is not to spicy but has just the right amount of spice to warm you up.
THURSDAY: SHRIMP ENCHILADAS; Creamy cheese sauce mixed with shrimp wrapped in a flour tortilla and topped off with pico and cheese. $30.00
