Well the snow is here to stay for a while I do believe! That is okay it makes people want to stay in and eat some comfort food..so this week I plan to give them some. There will be no meal Tuesday as we travel to Perryton for the last District game of my daughter's senior year...hard to believe this, they cinched a Playoff spot this past Friday night against Lubbock Cooper...great game.

MONDAY: BUFFALO CHICKEN SOUP; this one is warm and a bit spicy but we can pull back on the spice if you like, chicken, celery onion in a creamy chicken broth. $30.00
TUESDAY: NO MEAL
WEDNESDAY: COWBOY CALAZONES; Yummmmmmy!!! spicy sausage, ground beef mixed with rotel tomatoes, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, monterey jack cheese all in a flaky calazone dough $30.00 (you get 4 large calazones)
THURSDAY: CHICKEN MANICOTTI; this is a great meal for everyone in the family, manicotti stuffed with chicken breasts and baked in a cheese sauce with broccoli. s$30.00
