MENU FOR THE WEEK OF FEB 21 - FEB 24

After a very lazy and relaxing weekend I guess it is time to get busy on the up coming week ahead. Looks to be a chilly one so I am preparing some stick to your rib favorites that will warm you tummy and your soul!

Very excited to have Katie Visco back in town on Tuesday on her trip back across America to connect with those she met on her run through Dalhart this past fall. She is such an inspiration to live your dreams and never let anyone or thing get in the way of what is important to you and your family


MONDAY: CHICKEN POT PIE; warm and cozy this meal fills you up, carrots, celery, onions and potatoes along with chicken in a flaky pie crust. $30.00

TUESDAY: JAMBALAYA; Shrimp, kielbasa sausage, and ham, along with veggies in a warm tomato broth oh boy...$30.00

WEDNESDAY: LASAGNA; with the weather being chilly and always a busy night on Wednesday this will make your evening run a little smoother. $30.00

THURSDAY: COWBOY CALAZONES; Okay if you missed these last time around, don't miss out this time, they are absolutely yummy!!! hot sausage, lean ground beef, rotel tomatoes, ricotta, mozzarella and Monterey jack cheeses all blended together and stuffed in a flaky calazone dough and baked till golden!!! A delight!!!! $30.00 ( you get 6-7 calazones they are big)
