MENU FOR THE WEEK JULY 19 - JULY 22

Well our travels last week to College Station were lots of fun, got Tiff in all her classes and part of her things moved down. A few more weeks and she will be a full fledged Freshman at Texas A&M! Hard to believe but so excited for her journey!!


On to the Menu:

MONDAY: DELI PASTA SALAD WITH BLT WRAPS: This pasta salad is full of deli items black olives, chunks of mozzarella cheese, hard salami, celery and fresh Parmesan cheese. The BLT wraps are extra yummy as the tomatoes are in the sun dried tomato dressing...you will enjoy these. $30.00

TUESDAY: APRICOT CHICKEN AND STEAMED RICE; Tender chicken in a to die for apricot sauce made with fresh apricots right off my tree. $30.00

WEDNESDAY: ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN AND PASTA; chicken with garlic, onion diced tomatoes all blended together with pasta and cheese and baked to delight! $30.00

THURSDAY: THAI CHICKEN WRAPS WITH SPICY PEANUT SAUCE AND A FRESH CUCUMBER AND TOMATO SALAD; These are so good chicken with a Thai twist of veggies with a delicious peanut sauce for dipping. $30.00
