MENU FOR THE WEEK OF APRIL 18 - 21

Well here we are and "Holy Week" has finally arrived! I hope everyone had a blest and positive Lent!

We had a wonderful weekend in Fort Worth with family, makes me wish we were closer and able to celebrate in all the events of family

MONDAY: CLOSED

TUESDAY: SPINACH, MUSHROOM AND CHICKEN STUFFED LASAGNA ROLL UPS IN A CREAM SAUCE! Take a break from the hustle and bustle of Holy week!

WEDNESDAY: GREEK SALAD WITH GRILLED CHICKEN AND CRUST BREAD; Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, olives, feta cheese, along with grilled chicken all under a wonderful red wine dressing served along side a crusty loaf of fresh bread.

THURSDAY: STUFFED POBLANO PEPPERS WITH SHRIMP, SAUSAGE, BLACK BEANS AND RICE WITH A WARM WHITE SAUCE.
