Well what a wonderful July 4th weekend, that very needed break from the real world was great, hoping everyone enjoyed their time off with family and friends, keep praying for rain!
MONDAY: CLOSED HAPPY 4TH
TUESDAY: COMFORT MEATBALLS, TWICE BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE; these just make you smile and feel all happy inside from the first bite to the last.
WEDNESDAY: COCONUT CHICKEN; tender chunks of chicken breaded and fried until perfection, then serve with a spicy sweet red pepper sauce!
THURSDAY: SOURCREAM CHICKEN ENCHILADAS; I have been searching and searching for years for a match to a plate of enchiladas I had a few years ago and I think I have found it!Enjoy!!!
