MONDAY: CLOSED FOR PRIVATE PARTY
TUESDAY: BEEF ENCHILADAS; These are a hearty meal that fits the whole family, lean ground beef seasoned to delish, wrapped in corn tortillas smothered in red sauce topped off with cheese!
WEDNESDAY: STUFFED PABLONO PEPPERS; These are very addictive, and once you try them you will understand, warm and spicy pablono peppers stuffed with black beans and rice, shrimp, polish sausage and monteray jack cheese then blanketed with a warm cream sauce over the top and baked to put a smile on your face.
THURSDAY: THAI CHICKEN WRAPS WITH SPICY PEANUT SAUCE SERVED WITH A SIDE OF YUMMY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!
