MENU FOR THE WEEK OF JANUARY 23-26

Well the wind blew this weekend, hoping that will bring us some moisture!

Here we go for the week, hope everyone has a great one!

MONDAY: GOAT CHEESE AND SPINACH STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS WITH LEMON HERB PASTA: Lean chicken breasts stuffed with goat cheese and spinach along with a side of lemon herb pasta a great meal to start the week.

TUESDAY: CLOSED

WEDNESDAY: GREEN CHILI CHICKEN ENCHILADAS: these are always a good meal, and great if you have leftovers the next day!

THURSDAY: COWBOY CALZONES AND CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES: A fun meal for your busy family!

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF JANUARY 16-19

Well hard to believe we are already in the third week of the new year! I hope everyone's gotten in the flow of writing 2012, and why is that so hard to get used to every year...we know it's coming!

Good luck to all the kids in stock show this week as well as their parents.

MONDAY: CHICKEN POT PIE WITH ROSEMARY CHEDDAR CRUST; this is a very comforting meal, tender chicken veggies in a creamy sauce under a blanket of a flakey rosemary cheddar crust and baked to yummy deliciousness!

TUESDAY: BACON WRAPPED MEATLOAF WITH CHEESEY TATORS: Oh boy this is just plain ol' good!

WEDNESDAY: LASAGNA; gotta love lasagna and my favorite part is knowing there will be left overs the next day for lunch!

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF JANUARY 9 - 12!

Well we made it to another year! Hard to believe how fast 2011 passed by, most of it was full of blessings beyond measure, but along with those great moments always come a few bumps in the road. However I am thankful for the opportunity to learn from these bumps and continue on to being the kind of person I know God has in mind for not only myself but a better person to all those I meet. Happy New year and may 2012 continue to bless each of you daily!

MONDAY AND TUESDAY: CLOSED FOR SPECIAL EVENTS!

WEDNESDAY: ROSEMARY CRUSTED CHICKEN WITH HERB RICE; this is a great dish and really delicious to boot. Tender chicken breasts dredged in a panko, rosemary and parmesian mix and sauted in olive oil.

THURSDAY: YOUR CHOICE...CHICKEN SALAD OR DELI PASTA SALAD WITH FRESH BREAD AND LEMON BARS...I may be jumping the gun to spring but they just sounded good and fun this week!

Well this week is sure to fly by faster than I am ready for it to! But ready or not here we go! May each of you have a great week full of many amazing moments!

MONDAY: BIEROX CASSEROLE: I love the original bierox and dream of them often..haha...however in a pinch this will do the trick as well! Lean ground beef, cabbage, cheese all layered under a flaky crust!

TUESDAY: CHICKEN AND NOODLES; Yummy yummy in your tummy! Just right for a cool fall night!

WEDNESDAY: BACON AND CHEESEBURGER ROLL UP: Think of a warm pastry full of bacon lean ground beef and cheese...oh boy!

MENU FOR THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 24 - 27

Hard to believe we are this far into October, it is almost over and along with it comes the busy times that will be here for us all as the holidays are just around the corner! Please be sure and book your holiday events early so we can get them on the books and planned.

MONDAY: BEEF AND BEAN BAKE; This is a great meal for the whole family, lean ground beef, baked beans and bacon all baked up to a warm and happy mouthful. Fresh rolls on the side as well!

TUESDAY: STUFFED ROLLS: your choice of pepperoni, bacon, ground beef or ham! All tucked neatly with cheese in my homemade rolls and baked to a golden brown ready for your plate and I promise one is never enough!!

WEDNESDAY: SHEPARDS PIE: lean ground beef, veggies and a beef gravy all under a layer of cheesey mashed potatoes warmth to the soul!
